What's Next: A Note on Where Medismo Goes From Here

Three products this year, built one earned step at a time, with discipline about what we still will not build.

By Team Medismo•Company

We started this year with one product and are ending it with three, each one earned rather than planned in advance. It is a reasonable moment to say something about where we go from here, and where we deliberately are not going.

What we are doubling down on

FieldVoice remains the most mature part of the business, and the least glamorous thing we will say this year is that most of our engineering effort next year goes into making it faster and more reliable for the 500-plus pharma teams already depending on it daily, not into new features.

Connex is where we expect the most growth. Pilots are converting into renewals, compliance teams have become active champions, and there is real headroom left in hospitals and cities we have not touched yet. Scaling the verification model without diluting the trust it has built is the main technical and operational challenge ahead.

PatientVoice is the newest and smallest, and it stays that way on purpose for now. We will keep it narrow, keep it WhatsApp-based, keep it tied to Connex, and resist any temptation to widen it into something it was never meant to be, at least until it has proven itself across many more hospitals than the eleven it is live in today.

What we are not doing

We are not building a fourth product this year. We are not turning PatientVoice into a standalone platform. We are not chasing every adjacent opportunity that a customer conversation surfaces, no matter how reasonable it sounds in the room. We said this in an earlier note and it remains true: discipline about what we do not build is as much a part of the company as anything we ship.

The honest version of the plan

If you asked us a year ago whether we would end up with three connected products instead of one, we would not have predicted it accurately. We do not expect to predict next year perfectly either. What we can commit to is the process that got us here: listen when the same problem gets raised by multiple customers independently, build the narrowest thing that solves it, and say no to everything else until it earns its place the same way.

That is where Medismo goes from here. Slowly, on purpose, one earned product at a time.
