Introducing FieldVoice: Voice-Led Reporting for Pharma Field Teams
FieldVoice is live: reps speak their visit in Hindi or eight other languages, offline, and a compliant report builds itself.
Today we are launching FieldVoice, a voice-first reporting tool built for pharma field teams who have spent years being asked to do their real job and then a second, invisible job of translating that work into a CRM built for someone else's convenience.
The idea is simple to state and took the better part of a year to build properly: a medical representative finishes a doctor visit and describes it out loud, in Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, or one of six other regional languages we support at launch, the same way they would naturally describe their day to a colleague. FieldVoice turns that into a structured, compliant visit report, doctor, product, key discussion points, next steps, without the rep touching a form.
What's live today
- •Voice capture and reporting in Hindi plus eight regional languages, with English as a default
- •Full offline functionality, recording, transcription, and local storage work with zero connectivity, syncing automatically once a signal returns
- •An audit trail built from the actual content of each visit, structured to meet DGHS and UCPMP documentation requirements without a separate compliance step
- •Reports available to sales managers within minutes of a rep finishing a visit, not batched in at week's end
None of this came from a whiteboard exercise. It came from months spent riding along with reps across four states, watching the same pattern repeat: real work done well in the field, then quietly redone badly at a desk, at night, because the software available assumed a different kind of workday than the one actually being lived. FieldVoice exists to close that specific gap, not to be a broader platform for everything a field force does.
We are launching narrow on purpose. Reporting is the single most universal, most resented, most consistently mishandled task in a field rep's day, and we would rather solve it completely than solve five adjacent problems adequately. Everything in this first release was built and tested against that one bar: does it give a rep back the evening they were losing, without asking anything harder of them than talking.
FieldVoice is available starting today for pharma companies looking to replace manual call reporting with something their field teams will actually want to use. This is the first product we are building. It will not be the last, but for now, it is the only one that matters, and we intend to make it the best version of itself before we look anywhere else.
