FieldVoice Crosses 300 Pharma Teams: A Progress Report

300 pharma field teams now run their daily calls through FieldVoice, here is what got us here and what we are learning from the data.

By Team Medismo•Company

We crossed 300 pharma teams on FieldVoice this quarter, and it feels like a good moment to open the books a little.

When we started, the pitch was simple: medical reps spend their day talking, not typing, so make the CRM listen instead of asking for forms. Voice-first call logging in Hindi and eight regional languages, offline-first so a rep in a low-connectivity district in Bihar or interior Odisha never loses a day's work, and DGHS and UCPMP-aligned reporting built in from the start rather than bolted on later.

The number that matters more than 300 is what happens after onboarding. Reps who use voice logging for their first two weeks stay active at a noticeably higher rate than reps who default back to manual entry. Voice removes the friction that kills CRM adoption everywhere else in this industry.

What the data is telling us

  • •Average call logging time dropped from around four minutes of typing to under 45 seconds of speaking
  • •Regional language usage now accounts for well over half of all logged calls, with Hindi, Tamil, and Marathi leading
  • •Offline-cached syncs recover close to 100 percent of field data even in zones with patchy network coverage
  • •Compliance teams report faster audit turnaround because call notes are structured at the point of capture, not reconstructed later

Where we go from here

The honest gap in our data right now is on the other side of the table. FieldVoice tells us a rep made a call. It cannot yet tell a compliance head, with independent confidence, that the doctor on the other end of that call agrees the visit happened the way it was logged.

That gap is not a FieldVoice problem to solve alone, and we have been spending real engineering time thinking about it. More on that soon.

For now, thank you to the 300 pharma teams who trusted us with their field operations. The next milestone is already in motion, and it looks different from anything we have shipped before.
