Job Summary:

The Data Scientist/Analyst will play a crucial role in leveraging data to enhance Medismo Lifetech’s product performance and provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making. This individual will analyze user data, develop and implement machine learning models, and create compelling visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Interpretation:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights within user data.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to support product development and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Machine Learning Model Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and optimization.
  • Evaluate and refine models based on performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science.
• Reporting and Visualization:
  • Create clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop interactive visualizations to illustrate data trends and patterns.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project progress and findings.
  • Work closely with the development team to implement data driven changes.
• Data Governance:
  • Adhere to data privacy and security policies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and machine learning.   
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).   
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.   
• Strong communication and presentation skills.   
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
